WHO I AM
Ivan Cavric is currently Managing Partner and co-founder of Sonorous Entertainment, an Independent Record Label. Cavric current role is that of a project manager. Living in Welland, Ontario. he is a big fan of music, entrepreneurship, and writing. In 2011 Cavric was one of the founding partners of Sonorous Records Inc, an independent record label in partnership with Universal Music Group and Ingrooves. He is also a Quantitative Trading Strategist and author of three books on Forex Trading -- Forex Frontiers, available at all major outlets.
During the early part of Cavrics life Ivan worked at various jobs while continuing his education and later on became a fully registered Investment Advisor with the OSC (Ontario Securities Commission. Ivan has successfully completed all the necessary requirements to be an Investment Advisor, as well as an Options, Commodities and Future Specialist.
In 1995, Ivan formed PrimeQuest Capital Corp. (formerly known as PrimeQuest Financial Group Inc.), which was structured as a virtual venture capital corporation with the capability of acting as an incubator for new ideas and start up ventures.
Using the PrimeQuest model, Cavric assisted in funding and developing dozens of start-up ventures and acting as director and advisor to management. Some of these companies include Biosource Solutions Inc., Merritt House Media Inc., and Wolsley Finch Inc. Since then, Cavric has been instrumental in providing venture capital and management assistance to over 90 companies, both private and public.
In addition, Ivan is the author of Forex Frontiers: The Essentials Of Currency Trading and Forex Frontiers: Proven Strategies For Success.
With over 35 years of Investment, Venture Capital and management experience, Ivan still continues to look for new opportunities that are looming in the horizon.
If you ask me to quickly sum up my philosophy, I would have to give one of George Bernard Shaw's famous quotes: "You see things and you say "why?" But I dream things that never were and say "why not?", states Cavric.
